𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 :

1.   𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Twin sharing for all participants in a Luxurious 4 star property.

2.   𝟭𝟬𝟬% 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 must be made by 20𝘁𝗵 October to confirm your Slot (𝙉𝙤𝙩𝙚: 30 𝙎𝙡𝙤𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮).

3.   𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘀𝗔𝗽𝗽 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽: Registered riders will be added to a private WhatsApp group post 20th october for trip important updates.

4.   *𝗡𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀*: Once paid, there will be no refunds.

5.   𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱: 7th Nov (Lunch-Evening Cookies-Dinner), 8th Nov (Breakfast-Lunch-Evening Tea-Dinner) 9th Nov (Breakfast) and 𝒂𝒏𝒚 𝒆𝒙𝒕𝒓𝒂 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒃𝒆 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 per room basis.

6.   𝗕𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Carry valid bike documents (𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲).

7.   𝗕𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲: Make sure your bike is serviced and in top condition.

8.   𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀: Bring a Stock tool kit and medical kit.

9.  𝗥𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀: 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 (Helmet, Gloves, knee & elbow guards or riding jacket / pants )
