Frequently asked questions
Can foreigners ride a motorcycle in India?
Yes, but not on a foreign licence alone. You need your home motorcycle licence together with an International Driving Permit in the 1949 Geneva Convention format, issued in your own country before you travel. Our guide Riding a Motorcycle in India as a Foreigner explains the details. This is general information, so confirm the current rules with your national licensing body before you book.
Do I need to arrange permits?
No. We arrange all internal permits for your tour. We need a copy of your passport and your visa at least one month before arrival.
Can my non-riding partner come along?
Yes. Guests who don’t ride can join as a pillion or in our backup vehicle.
What is included?

What does a tour cost?
Each tour page shows an approximate cost. Trips can be customised, so the final price depends on your route and requirements.
